I had a wonderful day today. We had Halloween celebration at church. A lot of people came wearing costumes. We had a "Best Dress Competition" and various stalls like carnival. My friends and I had a great time together. Anyway, happy Halloween everyone!

Wow! Since yesterday is a "Nine" date - 09/09/09 -, today, most entries in my f-list have something for Nine & Nine/Rose, be it fic, picspam, manip, etc. Fantastic!

My computer crashed! Aargh...! I've had 4 laptops, none of them has ever caused me any problem, and now, my desktop, which I just bought about 2 months ago, crashed *headdesk* Formatting the thing now. Dunno whether he'd be okay. Luckily I managed to save some of my data.

Yes, I believe that they do. My dog always has this 'guilty' look on his face whenever he's being scolded after doing something naughty ;p I dunno whether it's the same 'regret' that humans feel, but that's definitely something.

English is not my first language and I have to admit, my native language is not so rich with phrases. There are some phrases in foreign languages that I would like to use to express my thoughts when I can't find the correct words in my own language. I specially like to use the phrase "Tempus fugit" (time flies) because, more often than not, I feel like time flies so fast, hours to days, days to weeks, and so on. New year feels like just yesterday...
 

Just started new term in school. The subjects are crazy and the schedule is stupid. I have to adjust every other activity because of this :( On the good side, my proposal for my final project was approved and I can start to work on it. Btw, anyone on Twitter? If you want to follow me, it's here

I'm so happy *dance* My family bought me an iPod Touch for my birthday ;) I didn't expect it at all. I just got myself a new phone and now, they bought me an iPod. I've been wanting an iPod since my new phone can't be used as a MP3 player, but I was thinking of buying the new iPod shuffle. Not the iTouch.

It's been ages since I last wrote something here. Now' I've come to realize that my Journal is almost empty. Anyway... Life has gotten in the way. Time seems to fly so fast. I'm busy with exams and projects. I've started my final project as well. Never thought that degree program can be this crazy. It's totally different with my First and Second year.

I've promised myself that I'll write more often. Sometimes, having a journal is like having a stressball in your hand ;) and I want to make use the most of it

I am bored!! No update whatsoever, either in LJ or Teaspoon. The weather here is not good at all. It's been raining heavily since yesterday. I was walking home from somewhere yesterday and some mad driver splashed a huge amount of water by suddenly speeding up his car at the puddle by the side of the road. I hate it! I got wet from head to toe and I felt like a drenched rat. I really wish that it won't be raining from tomorrow all the way to the end of this week. I got some plans for the next few days and I won't be able to do most of them if it's raining. I've been pretty free in the last few weeks and now my school projects and exams are catching up with me. My laptop has been acting funny since last month and I have no idea what's going on. The GSS (Great Singapore Sale) is already on and a lot of shops put on huge 'SALES' signs on their window display. For those who've ever been to Singapore in the mid-year would know what I mean.

Hello there! Well, after quite some time, I finally decided to post an entry. Right, let me introduce myself first. My name's Yenly. I'm currently studying at Singapore. I'm taking psychology course now and I'm in my second year. I'm Indonesian (guess that's explain my 'broken' English - sorry 'bout that by the way). Well, I like reading (books, fanfic, anything that interests me) and watching movies (I like most genres, except horror). I also like TV shows, including Doctor Who and House MD.
